Since my last Report we have recorded several successful events at the Wing - the Armistice Dinner and
Dance – Children’s Christmas Party - two Bingos and the New Year’s Eve Gala. A portion of the funds raised
went toward our commitment to 515 Air Cadet Squadron, and the purchase of additional new chairs, that were
badly needed.

December has been fairly busy with rentals by various organizations for parties and dinners. Hopefully the
funds raised will assist our financial position. We expect heavy heating and snow clearing bills over the
next few months.
|
|
Meanwhile, our Wing continues to hold the warmth and camaraderie we all enjoy. Our Mixed Darts League
attests to that!
|
|
Our TGIF nights were somewhat slow in starting. However, they continue to be well received by those
attending. The dinners will be starting again in January with the usual requirement to book by the
preceding Wednesday.
|
|
Just a reminder of the Wing General Meeting scheduled for Monday January 29th at 8:00 p.m. Please make a
special effort to attend!
|
|
