As the Wing's Executive Council's term of office comes to a close, I feel that we have had a successful year both socially and
financially. We have been successful in addressing a number of challenges and have some plans already in place for next year.
|
|
During the past year your Executive Council has continued an aggressive fundraising agenda with the support and help of all
the members who attended our fundraisers and events.
|
|
The TGIF Dinners were very successful with the numbers in attendance growing at a steady pace. A delicious meal has always
been served, at a great price with friendly service. As well, our Friday Night Mixed Dart League continues to
be a great source of enjoyment for the members who participate. Similarly, with your help, we hope that we will have
a great success with the Flipper/Prime Rib Dinners set for Wednesday, April 21st.

Regarding membership, we are continuing maintain our numbers in the 120 -130 range. As well, we have several persons
about to join. I would encourage everyone to seek out potential members to ensure that the Wing has a viable future.

On a more personal note, as my term in office comes to an end, I would like to acknowledge the support of you our members, the
Executive Council, our volunteers and our contributors. As well, a big thanks to Wing Steward Jeannie and Clayton Collins.

We have a great facility and a great membership who enhance anyone's social life.
|
|
Great friendships and great times create great memories.
|
|
Thanks for supporting our efforts and making my term as President a pleasant and memorable one.
